Heartfelt and real photos are what I’m all about. Maybe you want to capture a special time in your life or just want to have bad ass photos that you’ll cherish for a life time - let’s get creating! I aim to hold space for you and to provide an experience that you’ll remember and that you’ll walk away from with a full heart, not just something you ticked off a list. Your pictures will turn out honest and natural because it‘s my goal to make you forget all about the camera and feel comfortable during our day together. It’ll feel more like you’re hanging out with a friend, than posing all day.

Life is unbelievably short! And when you’re fabulously wrinkly and old you’ll want to look back on the memories you’ve made, all those moments, both big and small. It takes someone who wants to connect with you and share their experience to capture them in the most genuine and beautiful way.

Everything else changes but pictures stay with you, and become even more valuable over time. One of my most prized possessions is a photo album of my mum. My memories of her are fading over the years but getting to look through those photos takes me back to the time I had with her.
For me, photography is about stopping time for you. So let’s catch and preserve some memories that you can swoon over for decades to come.

Dear Julia, before our wedding we thought that we booked a likeable photographer. As the day came and you were in action we recognized we´ve got a person who´s there to support Ilka in any situation if necessary so lovely and invisibly shooting during the rest of the day. As time went by, we said goodbye to a friend. Now we received the photo box with all the nice pictures and we are sure we had the best photographer!! Thank you so much!!!
