A foggy morning by the lake with Allison & Johan

Sometimes, very rarely, I will get up early. It’s either for a good sunrise, some specific food you have to get early in the morning, or a photo shoot where I’m trying to catch some fog. The day of this shoot, we all collectively agreed that we had to get up at an ungodly hour, but once we got to the lake and had it almost to ourselves (who is chasing these joggers who are running at 5:30am, what are they running from ???) it was worth it.

Allison & Johan were troopers and made this shoot everything I had hoped it would be. Everything looked so harmonious and they were up for getting their feet dirty, while bracing the cold. They looked so natural and comfortable and blended right into the environment.

They were so sweet and brought a calmness to the shoot (okay, maybe it was just because we were all really tired) which made it a really enjoyable shoot and I felt like I was hanging out with new friends.
