Rooftop parking lot and pizza baking with Ira & Nikita

Your photo shoot can literally be anything you want. We can go and eat pizza, go ice skating, hang out in your home, stand on a mountain top, ride a ferris wheel or literally anything you can think of that you enjoy doing.

I have photographed Ira & Nikita a few times now, and if I could shoot them every week, I would. Why? Because they are some of the kindest and most authentic people I know. I met them through a photo project I was working on a few years back, but they have hired me since, and I have a feeling I will still photograph them a few more times :) Besides, they have become dear friends that are beyond stunning and they are the most natural couple in front of the camera. Because of that they don’t really have a choice, and they will definitely have to agree to a few more photo shoot ideas that I cook up!

I have a thing for rooftop parking lots and this one just ticks all the boxes. No one ever really parks there and it has a nice back drop. Bonus points, the Ubahn (which is normally under ground) goes by as well. So you get the typical yellow train in the background.

These were the last few weeks in their old apartment, so we spent some time there to commemorate their time being spent here during the last few years.
It’s always bitter sweet moving out of a place that holds so many great memories, but also exciting to move somewhere new, and create brand new ones.

The two of them love to cook (and do so extremely well! I’m witness to it), so they did exactly that. They made pizza and just enjoyed spending time at home like thy normally would.

Photo shoots with I & N always feel incredibly natural. Nothing feels forced or posed. The love they have for each other is so obvious and I would happily be their third wheel any day. It’s an honour to get to capture love like this, and be let into someone’s world.
